Day 1 of the Farr 40 North American’s in Chicago was very light. Some pictures are posted with more to follow now. Click here for pics . Convexity won the first and only race. Second was Flash Gordon, 3rd Heartbreaker, 4th Defiant, 5th Virago, 6th Spaceman Spiff, 7th Hot Lips, 8th Inferno, 9th Pendragon.

We’re up in Toronto at the Royal Canadian Yacht Club for the 2009 Etchells North American’s which start on Thursday. There are over 30 boats registered and it looks like great competition.
